Charming newly built apartments in the middle of the heart of Barcelona. The building enjoys a privileged position, right next to Las Ramblas, filled with fashionable eateries, tapas bars and cafe terraces. The apartments are studios up to maximum 4 people.

CHECK IN: from 2pm. We have an automatic check-in system for your apartment in Barcelona. Please call the Concierge at +34 628 244 374 upon arrival to receive your safe box & apartment number.
IMPORTANT: You must call on your arrival time from 10:00 to 18:00 to get the codes to open the front door of the building and your apartment number.
To check in the apartment, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Building entrance: Introduce the code supplied by the concierge. Example: 1234A.
2. Entrance hall: Open the safe box using your personal code followed by the letter "E". Example: 1234E. You will find inside a magnetic key & an envelope. Take them with you and close the safe box.
3. Apartment door: Introduce the round part of the magnetic key in the metallic hole. Once you hear the "beep" sound you have 5 seconds to rotate the latch. If the 5 seconds have passed, please repeat the procedure to open.
You will find the front door key on the table of your apartment.
Note: There is no charge for the security deposit. Your credit card serves as a guarantee.
CHECK OUT: before 11:00 am. The magnetic key will not operate after 11am.

At the apartment there is not a reception. Late check in: for arrivals after 20:00 hours there will be an extra fee of 20 to pay to the concierge. The Hotel also provides lift, elevator, non-smoking rooms and safe deposit box.
